About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in South Bend, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a physical therapy assistant program.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
