Job Summary

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing physical therapy treatments
• Help patients with exercises and activities of daily living
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification
