Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,520 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in South Carolina.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a SNF setting.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

Tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
