About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.
- Participate in any call or weekend coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recent relevant experience.
- Current licensure in both Minnesota and North Dakota.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapy license in Minnesota and North Dakota.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Mon-Fri, days, 5 days per week.
