Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,460 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 26, 2026, in San Rafael, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and outcomes in EMR system (Optima)

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in SNFs
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience with Optima EMR system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, benefits, and housing expenses.
