About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in San Jose, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Skills
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with therapeutic exercise
- Experience with gait training and balance assessment
- Knowledge of assistive devices and equipment

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, benefits, and housing expenses.
Schedule
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
