Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,460 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Joshua Tree, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNF settings
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in computer systems and electronic health record software

Skills

• Skilled in manual therapy techniques
• Familiarity with assistive devices and equipment

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
