About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Document patient care in EPIC EMR.
- Adhere to current BLS/BCLS certification requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
