About the role
The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment
- Perform therapeutic exercises to improve patient function and mobility
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wyoming
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNF settings
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems
- Skilled in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
- Familiarity with assistive devices and adaptive equipment
- Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and techniques
