Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,400 per week

About the role

The role involves providing physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Perform therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment
• Knowledge of common physical therapy techniques and modalities
