Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,366 per week

About the role

A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Moorehead, MN. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Skilled Nursing. Will also work in North Dakota. Need ND and MN license. Rotate between facilities with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.

Requirements

• MN and ND Physical Therapist license required.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in MN and ND.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
