About the role

A travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist position is available in Medford, Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling.

Skills

  • Skilled in assessing and treating patients with various conditions.
  • Knowledgeable in the principles and practices of physical therapy.
  • Experience with manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
  • Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
