A Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services in Lowell, Massachusetts. This role involves evaluating, rehabilitating, and developing treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders, including wound care. The position focuses on utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support patient recovery and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts State License
• 1 year of PT experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
• New graduates with Level II experience are acceptable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation environment

• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
