Job Details
Location: Fairmont, West Virginia
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) certification or license
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
Familiarity with facility policies and procedures
Proficiency in documenting patient progress according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) standards
Additional Information
This role involves providing patient evaluations, developing therapy plans, documenting treatment progress, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care. The assignment commences on 07/20/2026. Float: Float rotation may be required.
