Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,321 per week
About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions
- Work with a typical daily caseload of 12 to 15 patients
- Provide on-site training on an as-needed basis depending on experience and comfort level
- Experience with Nethealth EMR
- Minimum 85% productivity requirement for therapists
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience with Nethealth EMR

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

5 days per week, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
