Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
Qualifications
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours shift

- Pueblo, Colorado
- Access to waterfront recreation and regional travel routes
- The Historic Arkansas Riverwalk runs through downtown Pueblo
- Lake Pueblo State Park is about 10 miles west with boating, fishing, and hiking
- About 45 miles south of Colorado Springs via I-25
- Includes attractions such as the Pueblo Zoo and the Union Avenue Historic District
- Access to the Wet Mountains and San Isabel National Forest within roughly an hour
