About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active OR Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,152.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours shift.
