About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a post-acute rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active HI Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
