Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist position available in Newberry, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina
- Experience in SNF setting preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
