About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Active SD Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred) from an accredited program
- Experience in SNF settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using medical software for documentation.
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
