About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Gulfport, Mississippi.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy License.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
$2,620 per week, subject to confirmation.
Schedule
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
