Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Rensselaer, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available for an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,640.00 Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
