About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in New Providence, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNF settings preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations related to physical therapy services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
