Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active NC PT License
- BLS Certification
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,100.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shift
