About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Bedford, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
- Document patient care in the EPIC EMR system.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be available for a 13-week contract.
- Must be willing to travel to various SNF locations within the state.
