About the role
Terra Alta, WV 13 week contract SNF Shift – 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Sun-Thu)
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active GA Physical Therapist License
- BLS via American Heart Association
Qualifications
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required

- Skilled in providing physical therapy services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
