Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,080 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Winchester, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in SNF settings
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health record systems

Skills

• Skilled in manual therapy techniques
• Familiarity with assistive devices and equipment
• Experience with fall prevention and rehabilitation
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay
