About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Laconia, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using medical software and equipment
Skills
- Skilled in assessment and treatment of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Knowledgeable in the use of therapeutic modalities and interventions
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
