About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience in SNF settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Current CPR certification

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs are also available.
