Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract starting ASAP in Lexington, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR.
• Adhere to current BLS/BCLS certification requirements.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa.
