About the role
Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist position available in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in SNF settings preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Current CPR certification.
