About the role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for an assignment in Kent, Washington. This is a 12-week travel position with a start date of 09/02/2026, offering 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift in an on-site setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Washington Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$1,928.30 - $1,987.94 per week
