Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $1,809 per week

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical condition and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises and treatments to aid recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress and communicate with patients and families regarding their care plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) is beneficial.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
