About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Hilo, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient functional abilities and develop strategies to improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,520.00 (Based on 40hr)
Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
Schedule
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
