Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $2,130 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 15, 2026, in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Massachusetts
• At least two years of recent, relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.
