Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $2,370 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping

Skills

• Skilled in assessment and intervention strategies for occupational therapy
• Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment
• Experience working in long-term care settings

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
