About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve patient function and quality of life.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Active COTA License
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
