Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,650 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract position in Sacramento, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNF settings
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in SNF or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
