About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient functional abilities and progress towards treatment goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Skills

Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,680.00
Schedule
