About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to occupational therapy practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active COTA License
- BLS Certification
- SNF/Rehab experience preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Skills
- Proficient in occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,645.00
Schedule
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
