Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract in Roseburg, Oregon. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. The role offers flexibility, stability, and growth, with full-time pay, benefits, and relocation assistance. Roseburg provides access to outdoor recreation, Stewart Park, Douglas County Museum, Crater Lake National Park (~90 miles east), North Umpqua River for fishing and rafting, over 30 wineries in the Umpqua Valley, and easy access via Interstate 5 to Eugene (≈70 miles north) for dining, shopping, and airport.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining daily living skills under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
