Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 14-week contract in Grants Pass, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Active OR COTA License
- BLS via American Heart Association
Qualifications
- State license/Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
