Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 14-week contract starting July 11, 2026 in Medford, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
- Active OR COTA License
- BLS via American Heart Association
- State license/Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
