Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,424 per week

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role emphasizes Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), safety, and functional carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT.
• Document treatments accurately.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active (or pending) state COTA license.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a competitive weekly pay rate and tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks.
• 40 hours per week.
• Shift: 8 hours, days (07:00:00 - 15:00:00).
