Critical Connection, Inc is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Hamden, Connecticut.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT, with an emphasis on activities of daily living (ADLs), safety, and functional carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT
- Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
- Document treatments accurately
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active (or pending) state COTA license
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days (07:00:00 - 15:00:00)

Pay
Competitive weekly pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including:
