About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
- Document treatments accurately
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active (or pending) state COTA license
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts (07:00–15:00)
