Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,390 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting August 10, 2026, in Middletown, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Current state license to practice as a COTA
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
