CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Trinity, Texas. This role offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day shift, starting 07/25/2026. The position is travel-based with guaranteed hours of 36 per week and a 30-day cancellation notice. The facility uses NetHealth/PCC as its EMR system.
The team is described as traveler-friendly with a flexible manager, EMR templates, and supportive staff. Floating may be required, and mileage reimbursement is available.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including tax-free stipends (amount to be determined). Estimated weekly payments include hourly wages, meal and incidental reimbursements, and housing expenses. Benefits such as medical, dental, and vision are in addition to the weekly pay.
