Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,330 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
• Current state certification as a COTA

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Shift: 8 hours
