About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) position in Danbury, Connecticut. The assignment is a 26‑week travel contract with 40 hours per week (36 hours guaranteed) on an 8‑hour day shift.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut COTA license
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Skilled Nursing / Post‑Acute experience preferred

Pay
Weekly gross: $1,450.00 per week (based on a 40‑hour schedule; negotiable).
